Sophia Barsalow, Yoga Teacher and the Open Space Studio Director, and Co-Owner of Wellness 101

Sophia has been teaching yoga in the greater Hardwick area for 15 years. She started practicing yoga in high school, she deepened her practice in college, and in 2007 she completed her 200 hour teacher training with Myra Lewin at Hale Pule in Maui, Hawaii.
